After a bunch of Wednesday night practice shenanigans at the City Dance Knuckle Neck Sessions and having fun trying to pretend we were Al Minns and Leon James, Vandor “Whacko” Hill and I were finally able to do a collabo piece together. This dude is one of my favorite dancers in the Bay and I’m honored that I was able to share the stage with him. Our salute to some of our heroes; Al Minns, Leon James, and The Nicholas Brothers. A special big shout out to one of my teachers, Ms Traci “B-Love” Bartlow for always sharing her passion for jazz with us (let’s make another jazz mix, Traci! Vol 2!). Thank you Sandy Lee for always providing a creative platform and welcoming environment for the dance community through City Dance Studios. <3
