Dennis Infante is a Dancer/DJ from the Bay Area, CA. He is a member of groups such as The DS Players, GroovMekanex, Nu-Origin, The MuthaFunkers and Tuff Funk DJ Club. He is also a co-founder of onecypher.com, a Bay Area based dance website. One of his biggest achievements in dance was winning the title as the 2011 R16 USA Locking Champion, where he went on to represent the USA in Korea at the R16 2011 World Finals.
Throughout his years of dance and DJing, Dennis was lucky enough to perform/play at events with the likes of artists such as Pete Rock, Premier, Rich Medina, Vikter Duplaix, Evelyn Champagne King, Black Eyed Peas, Rahzel, Souls of Mischief, Shannon, Jesse Boykins III, Teeko, Max Kane, LeFtO and The Whooligan. He has DJ’d many local to international dance events from Mighty 4, Freestyle Session, Vancouver Street Dance Festival, All The Way Live, SouthBound x House Dance Conference, Wreckenshop, The 3Styles Battle, Soulebrity, Footwork Frenzy, Tacos & Turntables, and San Frandisco.
Dennis’s sound stays close to his dance roots, playing anything connected to soul, funk, disco, boom bap hip-hop, r&b, jazz and house. He has been a featured guest DJ on shows and podcasts such as WEFUNK Radio, Ego Crushen, Strife TV, and MHz on KZSU. A firm believer that good music comes in many forms regardless of genre or generation, Dennis has also played at a diverse range of parties from Motown On Mondays, Deep SF, Salted, Troosoul, Aftertouch Fridays, Soulgasm, Kill The Radio, Yes We Can Can, Styles Upon Styles, Hustle Social III, Summer Soul Festival, Jazz Fiends, So What?!, M Sessions, Dy-no-mite, Malcom X Jazz Festival, Strength in Flavor, The Pick Up, Clandestine and Hot Buttered Soul.
